What we know about you, and why.

What we keep

• If you text us on WhatsApp: your number, your profile name and the messages you send us.
• If we talk on a call: what you tell us about your business, to prepare the proposal.
• If you visit this site: our server notes which page you opened, when, from which internet address, and whether it was on a phone or a computer, like any website.
• This site uses no cookies and no ad trackers. The only thing your browser keeps is where the page’s animated characters left off, and it’s gone when you close the tab.

What for

To answer you, and to do the work you ask us for. Nothing else.

Who else sees it

• WhatsApp belongs to Meta: your messages pass through Meta’s servers, under WhatsApp’s own privacy rules.
• Everything else stays with us, on our own servers and in our own backups.
• We don’t sell or rent your information, to anyone. We’d only hand it over if the law requires it.
• If you text the WhatsApp of one of our clients, that conversation belongs to that business and falls under its own privacy policy. We only keep it for them.

How long

We keep it while it helps us work together, or until you ask us to delete it. Backups delete themselves over time; the oldest last up to a year.

To see, correct or delete yours

Text us on WhatsApp or email us and tell us what you want: to see what we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We’ll let you know when it’s done.

The messages in your own WhatsApp are yours to delete, from your phone.
