The problem

A residential planning practice produces permit-ready plan sets for LA County — ADUs, garage conversions, home additions, and new construction. The hard part online isn't the brochure; it's the intake. A homeowner needs to describe a project precisely enough that the first conversation is useful, in the language they're comfortable in.

What we built

A bilingual site with a multi-step intake that walks a homeowner through their project — type, scope, address, timeline — and lands a structured request the practice can act on immediately.

• Permit-ready positioning — ADUs, garage conversions, additions, and new construction, each spelled out.
• Multi-step intake — a guided form that collects what matters without overwhelming the visitor.
• Bilingual EN/ES — the whole experience, intake included, in both languages.

How it's built

The site runs on the CLIXHOUSE framework with the same one-source bilingual generation used across the fleet. The intake writes directly to the practice's records — no third-party form service holding the leads hostage.

The result

Homeowners arrive, describe the project in their own language, and reach the practice ready to talk specifics.
