POS — EVENT CATERING
Fresas
The POS the event staff run behind the bar.

Running antojito bars at live events means a register that works behind the bar, at speed, often without reliable connectivity — and that the event staff can run without training. A generic tablet POS assumes a storefront and a stable network. The Morritos crew needed something built for the rhythm of a party.
What we built
A point-of-sale system the event staff run on the spot: order tickets, inventory, end-of-night reports, and thermal-receipt printing. It's the working counterpart to the Morritos storefront — same business, separate system, built for the bar.
- Order tickets — fast entry tuned for a line of customers, not a checkout aisle.
- Inventory — stock tracked through the night so the crew knows what's running low.
- End-of-night reports — the take reconciled when the event wraps.
- Thermal receipts — printed on the spot, on real hardware.
How it's built
Custom software on the CLIXHOUSE binary database, with its own receipt-printing path driving real thermal hardware. It's live behind the bar — the only proving ground that matters.
The result
The crew runs the whole event off one register, and the numbers close out clean every night.
