The problem

An audio-software catalog sells VST plugins — reverbs and effects engineered from published acoustic research, for producers who care what's inside the box. Selling plugins means two things a typical site struggles with: product pages that do the engineering justice, and large binary downloads delivered fast and reliably, without handing the catalog to a third-party storefront that takes a cut and owns the customer.

What we built

A plugin catalog with proper product pages and a download path built to move large files. Plugin binaries stream over HTTP/2 with no artificial size ceiling — the customer gets the full installer at speed, straight from the catalog.

• Product catalog — each plugin presented with the depth a serious buyer expects.
• Large-file downloads over HTTP/2 — installers streamed efficiently, no 10MB wall, no chunking workaround.
• No third-party storefront — the catalog owns its pages, its files, and its customers.

How it's built

The catalog runs as a hut on the CLIXHOUSE fleet, behind the same assembly front door as every other property. The front door's HTTP/2 streaming path was extended to carry multi-megabyte plugin downloads, so the catalog serves installers directly instead of offloading to a file host.

The result

A plugin storefront that delivers the research-grade product — and the multi-megabyte download — entirely on its own infrastructure.
