3. Storage and Security

• Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption
• History is maintained according to your plan:
  • Free Plan: 3 days
  • Essential Plan: 30 days
  • Professional Plan: 6 months
  • Premium Plan: 12 months
• Voice messages are processed and deleted immediately after transcription

4. Third-Party Services

To provide you the best service, we use:

• WhatsApp Business API: For communication
• 11Labs: For voice transcription (they don't store your audio)
• Mistral AI: For natural language processing (they don't train on your data)
• Stripe: For secure payment processing

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all your stored data
• Export your information in readable format
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Cancel your subscription at any time

6. Data Deletion

To delete your account and all your data:

1. Send a message to Chambabot saying "Delete my account"
2. Confirm deletion by responding "CONFIRM"
3. All your data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours

You can also request deletion by contacting us directly.

7. Policy Changes

If we update this policy, we'll notify you through WhatsApp at least 30 days in advance.
